Terms & Conditions
By submitting a booking enquiry for a hike with Adventuring with Eva, customers confirm that they accept these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all individuals who are included in the booking.

Instructions
Participants are expected to follow the instructions provided by the guide at all times to ensure the safety of everyone in the group. While reasonable effort is made by the guide to provide for your safety, any outdoor activities may involve inherent risks, including the possibility of injury.

Medical Conditions
Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical fitness and medical suitability before attending a hike. Anyone with a medical condition, injury, allergies or pregnancy should seek appropriate advice before participating and inform Adventuring with Eva in advance where necessary. This information provided by the customer will be handled strictly confidentially but may be disclosed to medical professionals in the event of an emergency. It will not be shared or used for any purpose other than the risk assessment for the booked hike, unless to comply with the law.

Loss, Damage and Behaviour
Adventuring with Eva accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, damage to personal belongings, delays, or circumstances outside of its control. Participants are responsible for any damage or disruption caused by their own behaviour and may be refused participation if their conduct is considered unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

Underage Persons
All underage participants must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Dogs
Dogs are not permitted on the hikes, unless specifically agreed with Adventuring with Eva.

Alcohol, Drugs and Smoking
Consumption of alcohol as well as smoking/vaping is not permitted. Participants who are under the influence of alcohol/drugs or suspected of being so will be excluded from the hike without a refund.

Change of Itinerary
The guide may change the itinerary outlined in the hike description if necessary due to external circumstances or to ensure the safety of the group.

Cancellations
Where a cancellation is made by the customer up to 96 hours before the start time of the booked hike, the customer will get the full refund. Hikes that are cancelled by the customer within 96 hours of the start time of the booked hike or no-shows will not be refunded.

Hikes may be cancelled or rescheduled by Adventuring with Eva due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative date – if possible - or a full refund.

Photos and Videos
Photos and videos may occasionally be taken during tours and used for promotional purposes, including social media and marketing materials. Consent will always be requested, and participants may opt out at any time.
